Behavioral Health Program Manager $6,845 - $8,322/Monthly

About the Positions
The Behavioral Health Division in the Department of Health Services (DHS) seeks two Behavioral Health Program Managers (HPMs) to lead either the Youth and Family (YFS) Access Team & Medication Clinic, or the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team. These HPMs will manage client care, oversee the daily operations of the assigned program, supervise and lead staff, work collaboratively with other program managers, and participate on inter- and intra-agency committees.
Ideal candidates for these positions will possess:
- Current, active licensure in the State of California as a LCSW, MFT, LPCC, RN, or Psychologist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders including disenfranchised and underserved populations
- Knowledge of relevant programming needs, data systems, regulations, the Sonoma County System of Care, and resources pertaining to behavioral health clients
- In-depth knowledge of organizational, operational, and programmatic concepts and practices commonly applied by public, private, and nonprofit agencies and organizations engaged in behavioral health activities
- Program development, management, and continuous quality improvement experience with programs designed to deliver services through a collaborative approach to community health in countywide and local settings
- Experience developing and managing contract relationships with different community agencies
- Supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
