IT Process & Automation Lead

The IT Process & Automation Lead plays a critical role within our Technical Services Division.  The key responsibilities of this role are process development/change, automation, and documentation.  When you join our Desktop and Service Desk environment on the Client Support Services team, you will: 
  • Identify opportunities for automation and/or process improvement/change/analysis/development and documentation
  • Develop requirements for complex process or system solutions within assigned business domain(s) by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members in the development process as appropriate
  • Act as a process and technical lead to other technical analysts
  • Develop, maintain, improve, and support our imaging systems
  • Be responsible for administration of core software infrastructure such as Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and Windows Deployment Services
  • Maintain, support and identify future improvements of asset management, knowledge base, ticketing systems, customer portal, configuration, and monitoring software and systems
  • Schedule and distribute assignments, quality assurance, and special projects as assigned in coordination with other team leads
  • Liaison between other technical teams and customers


The ideal candidate to lead our team will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills, and possess:

  • Asynchronous programming experience; working knowledge of Visual Studio and Powershell; programming experience in C# using .NET Standard Framework; solid experience with Entity Framework or other Object Relational Mapper 
  • Hands on experience with XML, JSON, EDI, CSV, and other prevalent data exchange formats
  • Understanding of Web APIs and experience integrating with and using 3rd party APIs and modules; HTML & CSS working knowledge
  • Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and technical skills and ability to adapt to changing systems
  • Experience working with SQL Server, Transact-SQL, or other relational databases with the ability to develop complex queries; 
  • Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
