Step up and lead our region’s leading small business services agency! North Coast Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is seeking a new Director to support small businesses of California’s North Coast (Humboldt, Del Norte, and Tribal Lands) as they start, grow, and thrive through our region's economic transformation. Are you a strategic leader, a seasoned manager, and experienced with small businesses and/or running a nonprofit? Primary activities include business information & referral, business workshops, and learning programs, and one-to-one business advising services with individual entrepreneurs. The center works with over 500 businesses each year.

$87,000 - $93,000/year, doe, offers a competitive benefits package, including retirement, group health, dental, and vision. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with frequent evening and occasional weekend hours. While continuation of this position is foreseen for years to come, all North Coast SBDC positions are contingent on continued federal and state funding. This is not a state or federal position.
