Administrative Assistant (Sonoma)

Compensation: Starting Pay: $19.00 an hour

We are a national public charity working in hundreds of communities nationwide and celebrate our 30th year of creating and donating exemplary fitness programs to support physical education in schools. Our home office facilitates the following: Grant programs to match donors with schools, coordinate donations of equipment and supplies to schools across the country, organize travel and other support for our team of In-Field Trainers, event planning, fund development, data and evaluation collection and all social media.

We have an opening for a full time Administrative Assistant. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and have previous experience working administratively. Our work is fast paced and requires the following:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills

Computer skills required: Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must enjoy working with people and spending time on the telephone as well as working online
  • Ability to take direction and learn quickly
  • Volunteering or non-profit experience is always a plus

Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm
