Maitntenance/Office Position

We are seeking a positive team player who has upstanding character and integrity that can be flexible and motivated to get the job done well.  This is a PART-TIME position working three(3) days a week – SUNDAY a must.  Possible additional hours with advance notice to help fill in as needed for vacations and other site needs. 

Duties would include light maintenance work and landscaping needs as well as assisting with renting and cleaning units.  Must be comfortable with computer work and money handling – willing to train the right person.  Must have the ability to effectively communicate with the site manager and other team members as needed for reports, help with tenants, maintenance etc.  Bi-lingual a plus.

Valid driver’s license, dependable & insured transportation.  MUST BE DEPENDABLE, PUNCTUAL and SELF MOTIVATED with the ability to follow directions and able to work as part of a TEAM to maintain & run a clean, efficient facility.  Must be 18 years or older to apply.
